We provide English-language digital showcases and related hosting for manufacturing and export businesses. Contact: [email protected].

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate business and contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials (including email one-time codes) and for activity under your account.

Our offerings may include Auto self-serve sites, Showcase / Blog / Custom factory sites, domain or hosting arrangements, AI-assisted copy generation, stock or generated imagery, CMS access, and support as described at purchase time. Features and limits differ by plan.

Auto and similar digital deliverables are virtual services. Once AI generation completes and/or the site is published or made available to you, the core digital service has been performed. See our Refund Policy.

You retain rights to materials you supply (company names, briefs, product text, images, certificates, and marketing claims). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content to operate the service. You must not submit or request content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited under our content policy (including weapons, pornography, gambling, illegal drugs, scams, and related categories).

You are solely responsible for all content on your showcase, including accuracy of company descriptions, product/service claims, pricing hints, certifications (ISO, CE, test reports, etc.), and any images or documents you upload or ask us to publish. We host the site as a platform; we do not verify, audit, or endorse your claims or certificates. Buyers and third parties must treat statements on your subdomain or custom domain as yours, not as statements by B2B Frontage (getb2bsite.com).

We may refuse, remove, or suspend sites or content that violate these Terms, our content policy, or applicable law — including after a complaint about alleged false certificates or other misleading claims — without obligation to refund where the virtual service has already been delivered. Fees are stated at checkout or in a written quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for Auto and prepaid digital plans are due before full delivery of generation and go-live. Third-party processors or transfer channels (for example WorldFirst) may apply their own terms.

Platform software, layouts, demos, and branding remain ours or our licensors'. You may use delivered showcase pages for your legitimate business marketing under your plan. You may not resell the platform itself, scrape demos for competing products, or remove required notices.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee inquiry volume, search rankings, uninterrupted uptime, or that AI-generated copy is error-free. You should review generated content before relying on it with customers.

Without limiting the above, we make no warranty that any customer site content is true, complete, or legally compliant in your target markets. Certification badges, test reports, and capability statements remain the site owner's responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific plan giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time; prepaid virtual services already delivered are subject to the Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
